It has been a week that I am experiencing this. There is a Facebook build that has running in my phone. I tried to kill the Facebook app but it did not stop. I also tried uninstalling Facebook but it did not work. Until some days later, I tried turning on the Wi-Fi then I turned it off. Voila! I don’t know if it is a malware or a bug but I am glad that finally, the running Facebook build has stopped.
Simple. Do not forget that turning the Wi-Fi on and off could do wonders. That also goes for the other promo pop-ups that appear on my phone’s notifications drawer.
